地理位置很好，雖然離地鐵站很近，但是很安靜，出行很方便，周圍也有好幾家超市，酒店很新，房間大小在歐洲算是不錯的，性價比很高，會再次入住，也會推薦給朋友

We stayed for 3 nights and we had an amazing time here. We loved the room. It has a smart tv so we could watch everything that we wanted. The shower was nice with douche gel and a warming mirror so you can look in the mirror immediately. The breakfast was really really good and diverse. We walked in 10 minutes to the center. There are also supermarkets in the area. We parked the car 10 minutes away. Booked it upfront and that was nice. They are open for 24 hours a day so there’s always someone to help you when you need help. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. We celebrated our daughters birthday here and they decorated the room. They did everything to make our stay amazing.

My second visit, I didn’t realize that it was the same hotel, you arrive in the lobby, overwhelming smell of sewage (first visit as well). Incompetent front office staff. After remark from my part upon departure, no apologies. Room booked with view on Main Street/ park, got room at the back with view on air conditioning exhaust (see picture). Pipe blocked, sink full with water wich gets emptied after 10 mns… Breakfast staff, inpatient to close the restaurant, cleaning with bucket and cloth, clearing the buffet with a trolley, all this while guests are having breakfast wich you don’t do. I’ve been a Hotelier for many years, this hotel isn’t a four star one.

samen met een stel vrienden verbleven wij 3 nachten in dit hotel. we hadden 2 comfort kamers geboekt met uitzicht op het groene park. prima bedden, prima douche en een mooi uitzicht. Kamers waren schoon, natuurlijk was gebruik sporen op het tapijt. douche erg schoon en elke dag werd de kamer schoon gemaakt en, voor ons zeer belangrijk, de baddoeken vervangen. Aan de bar vriendelijke bediening, maar de biertjes waren goed aan de prijs. dit hebben we dan ook maar 1x gedaan. hotel is zeer centraal gelegen: alles is op loopafstand te doen! al met al een zeer geslaagd bezoek aan Antwerpen en een fijn hotel!

Administration staff excellent helpful and go beyond the call of duty. Housekeeping were extremely incompetent on the first day we didn't have our room serviced. When it cleaned on day 2 it was perfect
